How far is it to the ocean?
The ocean is a 5-minute walk from the hotel, and the town is 5 minute's walk along the boulevard from there.
Where is the nearest restaurant/supermarket?
The main restaurant area of town is 10 minutes walk from the hotel.The hotel is a 7 minute drive from the main supermarket area although there are smaller local supermarkets nearby.
Are there any additional fees?
There are no additional booking fees etc when you book direct via our site.There is an $25 cleaning fee for stays less than 3 nights.If you wish to book a late checkout we charge $35.

While on the premises or in use of the services of The Lizard Boutique Hotel, you agree to comply with the following house rules.
A valid ID must be presented upon check-in.
Anyone aged 18 or over can reserve a room. In a travel group, both guests must be at least 18 years old.
Only registered hotel guests are allowed in the hotel rooms.
Payments can be made by PIN, Credit Card or cash.
Smoking in the hotel rooms is not allowed. In case of violation of this rule, the hotel will charge you $250.00 for the additional cleaning costs and / or damages suffered.
It is forbidden to consume, use and/or trade narcotics.
There are cameras in various places within the hotel for your and our safety. In the event of calamities and/or incidents, these recordings can be shown to third parties as supporting material.
Own consumptions may not be consumed at the pool and under the palapa.
Without permission, it is not allowed to get behind the bar.
Lost and found items must be returned to the reception.
Do not leave your belongings unattended at the location of The Lizard Boutique Hotel and in your car. The hotel is not liable for loss, damage or theft of your property. Parking, both in the car park and in the vicinity of the hotel is at your own risk.
It is forbidden to take property of the hotel outside the building. In the event of deliberate damage to property of the hotel, one can be held liable for the repair and / or renewal costs.
